About these terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the websites eskala.energy and 2net0.com (the "Sites"). By accessing either Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
The Sites are operated by the founding team of Eskala and 2Net0, based in London, UK. We are in the process of formal incorporation. These terms are proportionate to what the Sites currently are: informational websites for a pre-launch business, not a platform with user accounts, transactions or contractual services.
What the Sites are
eskala.energy and 2net0.com are informational websites describing business capabilities and inviting professional enquiries. They do not constitute:
- An offer to provide services
- A contract of any kind
- Financial, investment, trading or legal advice
- A guarantee of platform availability, features or commercial outcomes

Nothing on either Site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading recommendations or market guidance of any kind. The content describing flexibility market intelligence, routing decisions and market signal aggregation describes a decision support product — it is not itself a trading recommendation.
